No, the app is completely free

Anybody aged 18+ can use the app. Children, young people and people living with disabilities can be booked by their parents or carers.

Our doctors are aware that some circumstances could cause delay in checking-in for an appointment the exact scheduled time, and will wait for you for a maximum of 10-15min before declaring the appointment as ‘No show’.

There is no specific price, a doctor will charge you based on the level/complexity of the issue or expertise you are seeking. But the good news is that you have the option to accept or reject the price if you are not comfortable with it and look for another doctor.

Yes, you can still use the app even if you are not fluent in English. You can search for doctors who speak Hausa, Igbo, or Yoruba, and you may type or record your symptoms (description of ailment) in any of these languages.

 A standard consultation with a patient lasts for a duration of 30minutes

Yes, you can check-in 10minutes before the scheduled time.

If the doctor does not come for the appointment, you can reach out to our team via support to re-schedule the appointment or request refund at no further cost.

If you miss your appointment, it would be deemed as “No show” and you can book another appointment either with the same doctor or another doctor at your own cost, since the fault is yours

Yes, you can reschedule your appointment 24hrs before the appointment time

Your prescription will be sent to you via the app under settings and then you click “my prescription”
